Antarctica’s Thickening Ice Mystery

Antarctica holds many mysteries, from lost civilizations burried in ice to military bases and everything in between. The ice is a focal point on the continent, both land and sea.

New studies are unequivocally showing gains in sea ice and land continental ice thickness and overall coverage. I present to the findings which run contrary to the main stream narrative.

Fall of Western Civilization in the Eddy Grand Solar Minimum

One of the most common memes in academic discussions in regards to the modern era has been to compare Western Civilization to the Roman Empire.  This is not surprising considering Amsterdam,  London, and then Washington all compared themselves to Rome while constructing Romanesque government buildings and laws.

Global Cloud Bands Shift Wheat Global Yield Down

Jakarta Globe had a great rundown on additional stories Australia East Coast drought, global wheat supply crisis levels, Asia rice, India rates up as well. Now we have India, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam all with huge spikes in rice prices, major producers, now what do you think is going to happen to the price of rice?

Global Cloud Bands Shift Asian Rice Yield Down

Indonesia defends its decision to increase rice imports up from half a million tonnes to 2 million tonnes due to crop losses across South East Asia.

Indonesian government is trying to avoid social chaos because according to their report, weather patterns have greatly affected rice productivity and price increases will spark rioting.

1880’s Sunspot Intensity Repeating Now

As we begin Solar Cycle 25 in a couple of years, that is going to go absolutely off the chart where we have not seen this low of solar activity in over 200 years. We can bring it into the modern era where satellites give spectacular analysis of the same butterfly diagram, broken down by the solar cycles and once you overlay them……

Civilization Timelines Wrong Thule/Norse/Vikings

Arctic history is totally reversed, literally it's 180 degrees from what you've been taught or what is in the history books existing right now. Researchers were shocked to figure out that as early as 100 to 600 AD the Thule and Norse had already perfected yarn spinning from animals and also at extracting oil out of arctic animal hair for daily use. I included 15th century nautical maps as well.

Where our Earth it Will Cool During the Eddy Grand Solar Minimum

During the Maunder Minimum in the 1600’s this is where it cooled across the planet. Based on past cycles we can forecast into the future of where it will cool and when it will cool and which crop growing regions will be hit first. These maps give you a good idea of the changes to expect by continent moving into 2025.

Is This the Real Reason North Korea is Ending its Nuclear Program ?

All eyes have been on the North Korean de-armament agreements in the global news headlines, but what isn’t spoken about is the massive drought going on where soldiers are raiding homes in search of food for the army, reduction in grain output, 3x increases in imports which nobody can afford.

Troops are so malnourished they can’t train and the Grand Solar Minimum will exacerbate the drought to the point that troops will desert and 25 million people will stream across the borders in search of food if the world doesn’t get them food and new agriculture upgrades.  [Read more…]

Strange Ice Thickness Hudson Bay & More Fissures Open in Hawaii

Hudson Bay ice is at near 100% coverage this far into the beginning of the melt season. Comparing with 2017 spring melt the bay should be around 25% or more melted so far. Also the Canadian Ice Service is not updating its charts due to continuous 100% ice coverage. Maps and weekly data sets are frozen, literally. Great Lakes ice coverage was far above normal for the months of January and February 2018. Strange how the -18C temperatures still cover the Hudson Bay area. The Kilauea eruption continues with more intensification and a drifting sulfur dioxide cloud.

North Pole Daily Temperature Forecast

With the media continually contradicting itself on temperatures at the North Pole, I found this interesting link maintained by the Norwegian Meteorological Bureau which shows current and forecast temperatures @90N right at the North Pole.

This is a resource that can be used to check if there are record heat waves as claimed in several news outlets. All measurements are (degrees C) including daily North Pole Temperatures with cloud tracking in from 65N around the circumference of the Northern Hemisphere.

Grand Solar Minimum Disaster Preparedness Plan

Mankind has been down this road before, it’s a natural cycle. The last time we faced this type of extreme global weather that greatly reduced crop yields was over 300 years ago was a G”rand Soar Minimum” which produced a time of significant natural global cooling, famines, starvation and a time of major epidemics.

The sun spends about 17 percent of the time in a “Grand Minima” state. In the past, these extreme periods were the Maunder Minimum (about 1645-1715 A.D.) and Spörer Minimum (about 1420 to 1570 A.D.)  Of the 27 “Grand Minima’s” that have occurred over the past 12,000 years: 30% lasted less than 50 years, 52% lasted between 50 and 100 years, and 18% lasted over 100 years.

As Karakorum Glacier Stability Puzzles Global Warming Experts, Scientific Excuses Start To Fly

A while back a number of scientists hopped on the bandwagon claim that the Himalayan glaciers would be gone by the year 2030. That claim was quickly exposed as being preposterous and so the red-faced scientists backed off and said they had in fact meant the year 2300. Today that figure as well is also looking fake. Now scientists are busy making excuses to explain the unexpected non-melting.

A summer ‘vortex’ of cold air over the Karakoram mountain range is causing the glaciers in the region to grow in spite of global warming,

Pakistan Needs Global Climate Funds to Combat Shifting Weather Patterns

As shifting weather patterns and extreme climates become the norm, access to climate funds are deemed essential for developing countries, such as Pakistan, that are facing the brunt of Grand Solar Minimum climate change.

So the question is how to finance the mitigation and adaptation measures? As the (GSM) continues to intensify over the next 15 years, reducing crop yields across our planet, eventually every country on Earth will need "help".

Even if Pakistan reduces up to 20% of its 2030 projected GHG emissions, it will make no difference. The Sun drives climate on our planet, and we are about to experience a once in a 400 year reduction in solar activity. This is what the world needs to discuss.

Ice Age Farmer Grand Solar Minimum Crop Loss Map

Modern agriculture is at risk due to cyclical changes in our sun's output that drive climate change on our planet. Global grain yields are beginning to shrink. Y-O-Y 2017 was down 3% from 2016 due to extreme weather. As the Grand Solar Minimum intensifies and Earth's jet streams wander further out of their normal pattrens, crop losses will accelerate.

This page tracks crop losses due to the new Eddy Grand Solar Minimum: Hail, Flooding, Drought, early/late Frosts & Cold temperature records. In the future will be added record snowfall and record temperature by the season and the daily record.

Changes in Agricultural Risks that are Occurring in the New Solar Grand Minimum

This paper explains how decreasing levels of sunspot activity that have already commenced will affect long-term weather risks along with long-term earthquake and volcanic risks on our planet from this point forward. Further, because of the effect on volcanic risks, there are feedbacks, which amplify weather extremes, resulting in reduced global agricultural output.

Resulting losses will first be felt in wheat, oats and corn growing regions @45N and above in the Northern Hemisphere. Southern Hemisphere grain regions to look at are Southern Australai and South Africa.
