The highly awaited 2014 Condominimum law has been finalized after the first draft.
Foreigners now have the right to lease, buy, exchange, lease or give a unit that is on the sixth level and above on condominimums in Myanmar. In a property development the maximum share allocated for "foreigner" units is 40%.
Laws are filed under Common Property and Limitation Act.
